The honest version of how we got here.
I have spent 16 years working in QA across some of the most demanding environments in FinTech and financial services. Test automation programmes. QA functions built from scratch. Delivery teams under real pressure to ship. I have seen what good looks like and I have seen what happens when quality gets deprioritised.
The pattern I kept encountering was the same regardless of the company or the project. QA was treated as the last stage rather than a core discipline. Automation was built without a strategy. Releases went out because the deadline arrived, not because the testing was done. And then something broke in production that should never have got that far.
RAPD exists because I wanted to do this properly. Not with a large team, a complicated engagement model or a glossy sales process. A founder-led consultancy where every client gets experience, honesty and a genuine commitment to fixing the problem rather than just describing it.
RAPD operates two full delivery teams: one in London, one in India. Both teams deliver the full range of services. The people who scope your project are the people who deliver it, regardless of which team you work with. We do not pass work to juniors once the proposal is signed, and we do not use one office for the thinking and the other for the doing.

We do not cut corners to close a deal or hit a deadline. The whole point of what we do is to hold the quality line, for us as much as for our clients.
Honest over comfortable
If your testing approach has a fundamental problem, we will tell you. That is what you are paying for. We would rather have a difficult conversation early than an expensive one later.
Practical over theoretical
Every recommendation we make is grounded in how real teams actually work, not how they work in an ideal scenario. We have been in the room. We know what is realistic.
Two teams. One standard.
RAPD has two complete delivery teams, London and India. Both carry the full capability to deliver every service RAPD offers. Clients choose the team that works for their requirements. Some want a UK-based team for time zone alignment and the option to meet in person. Some want the Hyderabad team because it delivers the same quality at a structure that works better for their budget. Many work with both. The decision belongs to the client, and there is no lesser option on either side.
